TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2025 By Paul Karaba Mwangi, of P.O. Box 85–10106, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wairimu Mwangi, who died at Nyeri Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 7th January, 2007. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2025 By Jane Wanjiru Gichohi, of P.O. Box 889, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Ndirangu Wamugunda alias Ndirangu s/o Mugunda, who died at Ugachiku, Nyeri, on 4th September, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
