TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2025 By Peter Mwita Chacha, of P.O. Box 420–40400, Suna in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chacha Maranya, who died on 18th August, 1971. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Rioba Mangiti, (2) Peter Magaiwa Mangiti and (3) Nchagwa Zablon Waitambaria, the deceased’s sons and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mangiti Witambara, who died at Nyanchabo, on 10th March, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
