TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025 By Patrick Mburu Mwangi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Watene, who died at Kapterit, on 3rd May, 1982. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2025 By Philemon Kisorio Koech, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimonchoro Songol alias Barmao Kimonchoro, who died at Chop Sub-location, on 13th July, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
