TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2025 By Albert Wanjala Masakhalia, of P.O. Box 11–30200, Kitale in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japhether Masakhalia, who died at Chalicha, on 2nd October, 2005. CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2025 By Imelda Mayuba Wafula, of P.O. Box 22 Kimilili in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Machibu Simiyu Kirimocho, who died at Friends Lugulu Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 10th June, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
