TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 26th September, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2023 By (1) Jemimah Nzembi Mutinda and (2) Alex Mativo Mutinda, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutinda Mutie, who died at Masalani, on 9th April, 2002. CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2025 By (1) Josephine Nzilani Muthoka and (2) Emmanuel Ngao Kyalya, the deceased’s widow and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festus Mutua Kiema, who died at Makindu Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 28th September, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
