TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025 By Edward Mwirigi Ndungu, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ndungu Mwirigi, who died at St. Matiya Mulumba, on 4th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2025 By (1) Grace Wangari Mwangi and (2) Laban Nyoike Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Nganga, who died at Kasarani, on 2nd June, 2005. CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2025 By (1) Sabina Muthoni Wainaina and (2) Daina Wanjira Ngige, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Mutuamba, who died at Gakuyu, on 6th August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
