Mnene, who died at Taita Taveta, on 5th February, 1984. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2025 By Edward Jonam Mngola, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monica Chao Mngola, who died at Bedfond Hospital, South Wing Kempston Road, Bedford, United Kingdom, on 8th January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025 By (1) Dishon Mwanjala Kayanda, (2) Paul Benjamin Kayanda and (3) Linda S. Mkame Kayanda Kanyingi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mathew Kayanda, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 28th July, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
