E121 OF 2025 By Ally Twahir Athman, the deceased’s purchaser, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Msanzu Baya, who died on 8th February, 1996. CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2025 By Dama Kahindi Kazungu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahindi Kazungu alias Kahindi Kazungu Gowe, who died on 24th August, 2003. CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2025 By (1) Jilani Harrison Sanga and (2) Joseph Sanga Kuloha, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sanga Kuloha Ngala, who died on 28th November, 1999.
