CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2025 By Franco Chombo Mshenga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitsao Mshenga Ngano alias Kitsao Mashenga Ngano, who died on 10th October, 1993. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2025 By Loice Chivatsi Mundu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Charo Kaingu, who died on 29th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2025 By Thomas Valentin Schnaidt, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Catherine Schnaidt Sialo Lesaya alias Catherine Schnaidt, who died on 9th September, 2001.
