TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2025 By (1) Simeon Ngala and (2) Timothy Murabu Ngala, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Ngala Karingi alias Zablon Ngala Kiringi, who died on 4th July, 2017. CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2025 By (1) Stephen Changawa Thoya, (2) David Stephenson Thoya and (3) Baraka Baya Thoya, the deceased’s sons and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thoya Chea Mwanyale, who died on 31st October, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
