TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2025 By (1) Peter K. Mbuga, (2) Thomas Mbuga, (3) Josephine Nyaboke, (4) Yunes K. Onyiego, (5) Roseline Kwamboka, (6) Zachary M. Mbuga, (7) Sophia Moraa Mbuga, (8) Florence Omayo (9) Everline K Ongeri and (9) Jane Nyaingo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuga Ogweno, who died at Nyambiri, on 4th November, 1977. CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2025 By Omani Oxford Maroko, of P.O. Box 229–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beuttah Maroko Omani, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 24th June, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
