TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2025 By Simon Kipruto arap Ngeno, of P.O. Box 203, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Tabutany, who died at Mogoiwet, on 12th August, 1982. CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2025 By Paul Kiprono Bii, of P.O. Box 92–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kikwai Chepkwony alias Kikwai arap Chepkwony, who died at Kapsimotwa, on 17th February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
