Box 249–20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkorir arap Bii alias Joseph Kipkorir Bii, who died on 1st April, 2003. CAUSE NO. E347 OF 2025 By Samwel Kipkemo Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 192–20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Kimeli Murbii alias Benjamin Kimeli Murbi alias Benjamen Kimeli Murbii, who died on 20th October, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
