Box 30, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Gudahi Hegeni, who died at Kapchumba, on 5th March, 1997. CAUSE NO. E329 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Njoki Nderitu and (2) Anne Wanjiku Mwaura, both of P.O. Box 821–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwaura Kimani, who died on 22nd January, 2024. CAUSE NO. E335 OF 2025 By (1) Julia Jepchumba Tum and (2) Silvano Kipkemei Too, both of P.O. Box 777, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christina Cherop Mengich, who died at Kimong, on 28th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
