CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2025 By (1) Leah Akeyo Okumu and (2) Evaline Awuor Okumu, both of P.O. Box 483, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Okumu Sumba, who died at Homa Bay County Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 27th February, 2022.
