CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2025 By (1) Richard Otieno Oburu and (2) Charles Omungi Oburu, the deceased’s nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Omungi Migaya alias Omungi Migaya, who died at Nyawita, Bondo, on 10th September, 1991. CAUSE NO. E238 OF 2025 By Daniel Ngiela Audi, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Omondi Audi, who died at Barchando, on 4th January, 2016.
