Box 91, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Owindu Oyolo alias Robert Owindu, who died on 4th March, 1983. CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2025 By Jane Awuor Onyango, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Otieno Oloo, who died at Siaya, on 1st January, 2015. CAUSE NO. E227 OF 2025 By Philip Odera Midiwo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Midiwo Rading alias John Midiwo, who died at Jina Sub-location, on 25th July, 2001. CAUSE NO. E280 OF 2025 By Otieno Fredrick Oduor, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Onyango Omengo alias Shadrack Onyango, who died on 1st June, 1971. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
