TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2024 By (1) Doris Agnes Kalekye Mutisya and (2) Francis Malinda Mutisya, both of P.O. Box 550–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Malinda Mutisya, who died at Universal Family Health Services, on 14th February, 2023. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2025 By Peter Sosi Muema, of P.O. Box 185–90130, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muema Musyoki, who died at Katangini, Matungulu, on 5th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
