TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E294 OF 2025 By Mbingo Muli, of P.O. Box 252, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndendwa Muli, who died at Kavalula, on 2nd June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E334 OF 2025 By (1) Benjamin Musyoka Kalu and (2) Justus Simba Kalu, both of P.O. Box 1–90205, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalu Mukithi Nguma, who died at Kyenge Sub-location, on 7th September, 2004. CAUSE NO. E353 OF 2025 By (1) Lucia Ndunge Musyoka and (2) Lazarus Kathumo Musyoka, both of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Christopher Musyoka Mulinge alias Dominic C. Musyoka Mulinge, who died at Kitui Nursing Home, on 30th March, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
