E120 OF 2025 By Dorcas Kageni Robert, of P.O. Box 80–60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kennedy Munene Gitari, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 31st July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2025 By Teofana Kanyua Mwangi, of P.O. Box 80–60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabastian Kagundu Mwitunga alias Sebastiano Kagundu Mwitungi alias Sebastian Kagundu Mwitungi alias Sabastian Kagundu Mwitungu, who died at Chuka Hospital in Kenya, on 19th October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
