TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2025 By (1) Rosaria Kathure Ntoitaru, (2) Paulina Karwitha Bundi and (3) Salesio Kimathi Ntoitaru, the deceased’s widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Itaru M’Ikiugu alias Itaru Ikiugu alias M’Taru M’Kiungu, who died at Ng’oyi, on 30th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
