TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2025 By Lydia Kendi, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Njogu M’Munekere, who died at Maitei, on 17th August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2025 By Mary Nkirote, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ikao M’Twamwari, who died on 29th June, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
