TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2024 By Philisila Njeri Muiruri, of P.O. Box 1017, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Muiruri Mukuha, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 4th December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2025 By (1) Rachael Wangu John, (2) Charles Ndoria Ndamburi and (3) Patrick Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 63420–00619, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ndamburi Laruku alias John Ndaburi Karuru, who died at Gilgil, on 12th January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
