Box 135, Nyahururu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njoroge Mwaura alias John Mwaura Njoroge, who died at Nyahururu Hospital in Kenya, on 8th May, 2005. CAUSE NO. 337 OF 2024 By (1) Daniel Mwaniki Mwangi and (2) Mwangi Mwaniki Gitonga, both of P.O. Box 87, Wanjohi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Mwaniki Gitonga alias Mwaniki Gitonga, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 25th February, 1995. CAUSE NO. 77 OF 2025 By George Wahome Waruguru, of P.O. Box 1947, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Waruguru Henia, who died at Ndunyu, on 28th September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
