E186 OF 2025 By (1) James Muthee Kihungi and (2) Timothy Kinyua Kihungi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Nyaguthie Kihungi alias Nyaguthii Kihungi, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 2009. CAUSE NO. E384 OF 2025 By (1) Grace Njoki Gichuri and (2) Duncan Karwamba Kuria, both of P.O. Box 182, Egerton in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kuria Gachago, who died along Mau Narok–Nakuru Road, on 15th November, 2024. CAUSE NO. E394 OF 2025 By Agnes Akeyo Seroney, of P.O. Box 100–20108, Rongai in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Chelangat Serem, who died at Kipsitet, on 20th June, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
