TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 26th September, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2025 By (1) Florence Rabera Magati and (2) Lydia Nyarangi Jackson, both of P.O. Box 1606–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Okeo Omwebu, who died at Mombasa, on 14th November, 2024. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2025 By (1) Julia Akoth Sewe and (2) Mariam Janet Moses, both of P.O. Box 80812, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Ponge Sewe, who died at Nyahera Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd October, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
