TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025 By Ejidiah Mumbi Ndigithe, of P.O. Box 12205–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndigithe Kariuki, who died on 20th March, 2020. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2025 By Francis Ngatia Kiama, of P.O. Box 32, Gatitu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Kiama Githiori alias Kiama Githiori alias Kiama s/o Githiori, who died on 29th January, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
