TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2019 By Ann Wanjiru Gathungu, of P.O. Box 13278–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate to the estate of Francis Gathungu Muhinja, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 7th June, 2018.
