TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2025 By (1) Daniel Onyango Juma and (2) Norma Achieng Juma, both of 3524, Pinnacle Bay Point, Little Elm, Texas, USA, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Atieno Juma, who died at Kisiah, on 17th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025 By (1) Daniel Onyango Juma and (2) Norma Achieng Juma, both of 3524, Pinnacle Bay Point, Little Elm, Texas, USA, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Washington Atieno Juma, who died at Arlington, Texas, USA, on 15th July, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
