THE CONSTITUTION
(Cap. 265)
APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) of
the Constitution of Kenya as read with sections 30, 31, 35 and 46 (1)
and (2) of the County Governments Act, I, Gideon Maitha Mung’aro,
Governor, Kilifi County, appoint the person named in the first column
of the schedule, to be the Acting County Executive Committee
Member of Kilifi County Government responsible for the matters
respectively specified in the second column of the Schedule for a
period of six (6) months effective the 21st October, 2025.
