TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E189 OF 2025 By Helida Atieno Owiti, of P.O. Box 96, Madiany in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obiero Olang, who died at Rachar, on 20th April, 1987. CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2025 By Benard Odhiambo Ogola, of P.O. Box 120, Nyilima in Kenya, the deceased’s Grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Helida Atieno Oloo alias Atieno Oloo, who died at Memba, on 11th July, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
