E129 OF 2025 By Simon Omboga Ooko, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloyce Ooko Omboga alias Alois Ooko Omboga, who died on 5th June, 2024. CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2025 By (1) Magret Atieno Otieno Odoyo and (2) Samuel Orato Balaka, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Otieno Odoyo alias David Odoyo Otieno, who died on 26th November, 2008. CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2025 By Peter Odhiambo Nyakech, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyakech Owaga Kimuma alias Nyakech Owaga Kamuma, who died on 26th January, 2022.
