TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2025 By Otieno Evaline Akinyi, of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Otieno Adongo, who died at Kangeso Sub- location, on 8th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2025 By Jacob Owiti Ogola, of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ogola Atieno alias Ogola Atieno, who died at North Kamwango Sub-location, on 12th November, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
