TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2022 By Damarus Afandi Mbaya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Angayu Nyechi Ayiga alias Agayo Nyenyeji, who died at Kigama Sub-location, on 28th June, 1980. CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2022 By William Kanera Ganira, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ganira Idarasia alias Ganira Dalasha, who died at Losengeli Sub-location, on 15th February, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
