TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 280 OF 2021 By Harriet Asuko Nyonje, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silunya Oyata, who died at Esirabe Sub-location, on 6th December, 1994. CAUSE NO. E519 OF 2024 By John Oluharia Ohonde, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owande Akhakondi alias Ohonde Akhakondi, who died at Emutsalwa Sub-location, on 2nd June, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
