TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2025 By Peter Watii Shaka, of P.O. Box 39, Kakunga in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shole Shaka, who died at Chevoso, on 10th June, 2015. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2025 By Peter Musalya Muliolo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ipesa Edenyie alias Samuel Mulioko Edenyie, who died at Mwamba Sub-location, on 16th May, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
