Box 76–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimeu Katiko, who died at King’oti, on 6th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2025 By Easter Syombua Kiswili, of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthikwa Ngunga alias Muthikwa Ndunga, who died at Kathendu Yatta Hospital in Kenya, on 27th February, 2008. CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Kioko and (2) Beatrice Mwelu, both of P.O. Box 81– 90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi Munyiva Mutua, who died at Kitengela, on 14th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
