E6 OF 2024 By George John Cardovillis, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Catherine Wanjiku Cardoullis, who died at Benedict XVI, on 9th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2025 By Margaret Kirigo Mwangi, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florah Nyawira Thoronjo, who died at Mairo-inya, on 29th June, 2005. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025 By Kameru Ngayu Piroris, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngayo Katesia Piroris, who died at Rumuruti, on 3rd December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
