TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2025 By Daniel Ayub Achochi, of P.O. Box 994–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Achochi Ogoro Ayubu alias Achochi Ogoro Ayibu, who died at Gionsaria Sub-location, on 23rd August, 2001. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2024 By (1) Zakaria Nyabuto Orioki and (2) Wiliam Momanyi Orioki, both of P.O. Box 352, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Orioki, who died on 8th December, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
