TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2025 By Andrew Kipngetich Chebet, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Chebet Cheptalam, who died at District Hospital, Iten in Kenya, on 30th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2025 By Christopher Kipkorir Serem, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimitei Sirma Chebolei, who died at Kapteren, on 26th May, 2019. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2025 By (1) Anthony Kipkemboi Kiptoo and (2) Julius Kipyego Cherop, both of P.O. Box 397–30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malakwen Kogo Kibirir alias Malewen Kogo, who died at Bugar, on 17th August, 1987. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2025 By (1) Julius Kosgei Chebiego and (2) Hillary Kipkogei Cheruiyot, both of P.O. Box 209–30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibiego arap Chesire alias Kibiego Chesire, who died at Kiptabus, on 1st December, 1969. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
