TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2025 By Machell Opukha Oloo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Akelo Oloo, who died on 5th May, 2003. CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2025 By George Onyango Juma, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petronala Ojiko Odiyo, who died at Lower Tamu, on 7th September, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
