TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2025 By Loice Atambitsa Omusembe, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Amwayi Omolo alias Amwayi Omolo, who died on 26th January, 1996. CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2025 By Zablon Atulo Juma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Juma Onyango alias Juma Onyango, who died on 8th June, 2001. CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2025 By Apolo Penja Akaka, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ogala Amukhula, who died on 31st May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
