TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025 By Gabriel Mutuku Matolo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matolo Mbai, who died at Makindu, on 4th October, 1990. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2025 By Joshua Kioko Lomba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathuva Lomba Mbengei, who died at Kawala, on 6th September, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
