E48 OF 2025 By (1) Lillian Mutave Kyalo and (2) Richard Mutisya Kingoo, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Mutuku Ndiku, who died at Fedha, Embakasi, on 6th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2025 By Daniel Mutava Mbindyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbindyo Muutu Mutendesya alias Mbindyo Muutu alias Mbindyo Muutu, who died at Utithi, on 21st March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2025 By Maweu Mbaluka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbaluka Muange Muli alias Mbaluka Mwange, who died at Kimutwa, on 18th October, 1988. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2025 By Kithikii Mwanzwii, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanzwii Kimali, who died at Taita Taveta, on 3rd May, 1993.
