Box 21, Sagana in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kabibia Warui alias Kabiba Warui, who died at Wamumu, on 11th November, 2001. CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2025 By Lydiah Waguthii Ruita, of P.O. Box 56, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ruita Chini, who died at Mt. Kenya A.C.K. Hospital in Kenya, on 7th January, 2024. CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2025 By (1) Jane Wambui Maina and (2) Reso Njeri G. Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 70–10302, Baricho in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Kariuki Nguyuni alias Karioki Nguyuni, who died at Karatina Hospital in Kenya, on 20th August, 1990. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2025 By (1) Benson Mwangi Warui and (2) Philis Nditi Wanjohi, both of P.O. Box 264, Sagana in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wakairu Warui Ruriga, who died at Jamii Hospital in Kenya, on 14th April, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
