TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E288 OF 2025 By Reuben Kipkosgei, of P.O. Box 4464–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. K & A, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amina Tapkigen Kipchoge, who died on 19th January, 2014. CAUSE NO. E292 OF 2025 By Annah Jebowen Chebii, of P.O. Box 6275, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Kimaiyo Bett, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 10th May, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
