E269 OF 2025 By Erick Owino Ogara, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Risper Akinyi Okach, who died at Webuye, on 31st March, 1996. CAUSE NO. E356 OF 2025 By (1) Elizabeth Achola Odero and (2) Domnick Odoyo Odero, both of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Odero Gose, who died at Koluoch Sub-location, on 1st December, 1997. CAUSE NO. E362 OF 2025 By (1) Andrew Nyalumbe Okombo and (2) Leah Awuor Mboya, the deceased’s brother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Mboya Okombo, who died at Wasio West Location, on 6th October, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
