TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2025 By (1) Njambi Ngunjiri and (2) David Maina Ngunjiri, both of P.O. Box 11–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Runjuge Ngunjiri John alias Ngujiri s/o Rujugi alias John Ngujiri Rumjuge, who died at District Hospital, Kitale in Kenya, on 2nd January, 2005. CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2025 By Vipul Ratilal Gosar Ramji Dodhia, of P.O. Box 337–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ratilal Gosar Rramji Dodhia alias Ratilal G. R. Dodhia alias Dodhia Ratilal Gosar Rramji, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 19th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
