TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2025 By (1) Tabitha Simaloi and (2) Moses Mpela Ntitati, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Ntitai Meteur, who died at Lower Nkoroi, on 16th May, 2017. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025 By Cecilia Mutune, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Kubaih M’Arimba, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd October, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
