E100 OF 2024 By Susan Kanyuru M’Mugwika, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paskwale M’Mugwika M’Mutea, who died on 22nd May, 2023. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2025 By Paul Muriungi Baranya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Baranya Mbui alias Timothy Baranya Mbui, who died at Kalali, on 19th July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2025 By Denis Koome, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Williamson Kirima Lebure alias M’Ikirima Lebure, who died at Meru Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th October, 1981. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2025 By Josphat Kiriinya Manyara, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Imanyara Ritari alias M’Imanyara M’Rintari, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 11th January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
